Jilson Advisors, Inc. was formed with a mission of serving a limited number of select and compatible clients. This affords us the opportunity to conduct the broadest possible candidate searches, as we are virtually unhampered by “hands off” agreements. We realize that serving many clients involving numerous “hands off” agreements is the biggest obstacle to being able to present the most able and qualified candidates. By limiting our client base, we are able to personally attend to each client and each search.
